The Restaurant TIVET is warm and cosy, the fireplace lends a charming character, with the relaxing fire crackling background, and the restaurant is entirely surrounded by the local countryside. The windows run all round the dining room, giving you a perfect view of the local beauty. The buffet breakfast is rich and full of local flavour, you can choose from continental breakfast with a selection of croissants, cakes and pastries, all baked by Adele, or from a choice of cheeses, eggs and cured meats and, of course, if you wish, even a combination of both of them. The very best, is still to come; because, after a trekking trip or a day on the slopes you will find a delicious dinner lovingly cooked for you from the chef, Dorino. You can choose your own starters from the buffet then you’ll be served the two main courses comfortably seated at your table and again the dessert is on your own choice from the finger-licking dessert buffet. Of course the recipes change day-by-day, in order to give you a wide choice of the local cuisine and if you are lucky you’ll find the popular "Risotto Valdostana” during your stay. All food in the hotel is included in the price of your stay.

The entrance to the spa as in the past takes place exclusively on reservation and exclusively. Guests can immerse themselves in water without a mask, just as in the garden they can stay without.
